Tecnolanema is a company specializing in precision machining, with an emphasis on the production of aeronautical parts in light and hard aluminium alloys. Its history has been built on the ability to supply parts of various sizes (small, medium and large) with high quality and on time, with the support of Polylanema, which maintains 3,000 tons of stock to facilitate delivery.

Production is organized by versatile machining centers, guaranteeing quality, agility, deadline management and technical mastery, all of which are fundamental to meeting customer needs. The products manufactured include:
– Aluminum structural parts
– Small and large series precision parts.

Tecnolanema invests in cutting-edge technology, using 3-, 4- and 5-axis precision machining centers, robotic pallet systems, vertical towers and specialized sheet metal machines to guarantee production in record times. With more than 40 numerical control machines, the company has the capacity to manufacture parts ranging from small components (25 mm) to large structures, such as aircraft wing spars, measuring more than 4.5 meters, while maintaining extremely strict tolerance levels.
